When will I receive my mask?
MerchWith provides free domestic shipping. All masks are shipped via USPS First Class and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the continental US but are working hard to expand. Apologies to our international friends!
What is the return policy?
If you’re not 100% happy with your mask we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Just contact us. Please wash and donate any masks you don’t intend to keep.
What size am I?
Our masks come in one adult size, with adjustable ear loops for variable fits.
How do I clean my mask?
We suggest you wash your masks in the washing machine on a gentle, warm cycle then hang to dry. We also suggest washing your masks prior to initial use.
Is there a filter?
Yes! Our masks have dual-layer, non-removable filters. There is no pocket for an additional filter.
